Anita Raj


Anita Raj who was born on 13th August 1962 is a former Bollywood actress who was quiet popular in the 1980s. Anita Raj began her Hindi film career with the love story Premgeet that was released in 1982 opposite Raj Babbar.

Anita Raj played a brain tumor victim in the film. The film was a big success at the box office and the actress became an overnight star. Anita Raj acted in several films in the 1980s and early 1990s like Zameen Aasman (1983), Bheegi Palkein (1984), Ghulami (1985), Taqatwar (1989), Adharm (1992), Kaun Kare Kurbani (1992), Gehra Raaz (1996), Nafrat Ki Aandhi (1989),Jeene Nahi Doonga (1984), Thodi Life Thodi Magic (2008) and many others.

The Bollywood actress starred with actors like Raj Babbar, Sunjay Dutt, Shatrughan Sinha, Dharmendra, Mithun Chakraborty, Govinda and many other top actors of the 1980s.
