Koena Mitra



Koena Mitra former model and Bollywood actress was born on 7 January 1981 in Kolkata, West Bengal. Koena Mitra pursued a career in modeling while she was studying.

As the time passed on, Koena Mitra also did commercials for ACP Whisky, Mirinda, Clinic All Clear, Maruti Alto, etc. Koena Mitra had also won the Gladrags Mega Model 2002 crown. Koena Mitra also featured in films like Dhool, Blackmail, Heyy Babyy, Anamika, Agar, Apna Sapna Money Money, Cash and many more.

Koena Mitra's acting career started with a item number in Ram Gopal Verma’s ‘Road’. This was followed by a small role and the actress was featured in two item numbers in Sanjay Gupta’s Musafir. Koena's first movie as a lead actress was in the film Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena which was directed by Suparn Verma opposite Fardeen Khan.
