Sanjana Kapoor is an Indian theatre personality as well as former Indian film actress. She has been running the Prithvi theater in Mumbai since the year 1993. Since her childhood she was fond of acting and frequently used to go to the Prithvi theater in Juhu. She also attended the Bombay International Scool in Mumbai.
She belongs to the famous family of Kapoors of Bollywood. She is the daughter of Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kendal. She is also the grand daughter of Prithviraj Kapoor. Karan Kapoor and Kunal Kapoor are the two brothers of Sanjana.
She was the first female of Kapoors family to step into the acting career. Her career was not successful. Her debut movie was 36 Chowringhee Lane. This movie was produced by her father Shashi Kapoor. She also did the other movies like Hero Hiralal, Bollywood, Utsav etc. but allthese movies could not make it hit at the box office and Sanjan’s career could not move towards success.
